Jonathan Cohen

Jonathan Cohen (37) will be responsible for overseeing and co-coordinating project management of the Quinlan Private Golub’s office and retail projects including International Business Centre (2nd phase), Wiśniowy Business Park Bldg. F in Warsaw and the Forum shopping center in Gliwice.

Prior to joining QPG, Jonathan was, from 2003, one of the 2 Directors of Gleeds Polska (part of Gleeds group, an internationally renowned Management and Construction Consultancy), jointly managing the business in Poland and Ukraine with a co-director. Joining Gleeds in July 1994; he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and came to Poland in 1997 to head Gleeds’ Cost Management team. He commenced his professional carrier in 1987 when he joined a large UK Quantity Surveying practice in its Leeds office, as a trainee Quantity Surveyor.

Jonathan has been involved on a variety of projects including hypermarket (Tesco in Częstochowa and Warsaw, ASDA supermarkets in the UK), retail mall (Wileńska mixed-use development in Warsaw), factory outlets (i.e. Sosnowiec Outlet Centre) breweries, hospitals, airports, offices (i.e. Warsaw Financial Center, Nordic Park, the Metropolitan) leisure developments, housing schemes, speculative distribution/industrial developments and education schemes.

Jonathan enjoys spending time with his wife (Ania) and two sons (Jakub 4 and Szymon 1); socialising, participating in various sports, particularly football, skiing, swimming, jogging and cycling; classic car restoration, DIY and reading Ancient History.
