Ryszard Pudłowski

Ryszard Pudłowski (49) will be in charge of Wiśniowy Business Park Bldg. F providing comprehensive management and control of the project. Ryszard will also coordinate a project management team of the Forum Gliwice.

During his 28 year career, Ryszard has gained considerable experience in the field of Project Management and Cost Management, in Canada, the United Kingdom and Poland. Ryszard is a Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors

Ryszard’s latest job experience includes:  2004–2006, Senior Project Manager at Trigranit Polska, Katowice, Poland; 2000-2003, Senior Project Manager at TK Development, Warsaw; 1996-1999, Director & Project Manager at MDA Polska, Warsaw Poland. From 1982 to 1991, he used to work in Canada as a Quantity Surveyor (Hanscomb Consultants and Thornley/Hadley Associates), Project Manager (The Jackson Lewis Co.), Property Development Management Consultant (Lionheart Consultants). In the years 1978-1981 he worked in the UK as Building Surveyor and Project Manager in Debenham, Tewson & Chinnocks in London.

In his spare time, he prepares an Indian food. He is a passionate reader of Agatha Christie crime novels and he also collects vinyl records, especially Bob Dylan’s. He has two daughters Kasia (17) and Karolina (14).
